When is a child fully potty trained?
I kind of consider hayley fully potty trained because she's pretty much accident free, in underwear all day except at night, and wakes up dry most of the time.

When is a child fully potty trained?
When they don't need to be asked/told to go, and can take care of going #1 completely alone. (I know #2 might need wiping help longer)

When is a child fully potty trained?
I considered my dd fully trained when she was in panties during the day and over night with no accidents. She did go through a short period of regression where she started having frequent accidents eight months after being fully trained--we resumed taking her to the bathroom every two hours and used a reward chart for two weeks to get her back on track-she has been accident free since.

IMO, fully trained is when a child wears only underwear and stays dry all day and night.
