Stomach virus question
Your kids get the stomach virus tues-wed.
You are your husband do NOT get it
Are you still possibly carrying the germs?
Would you skip and adult party (all adults have kids of their own) on Sat to prevent spreading the virus?

Re: Stomach virus question
Unless either one of you get it, I'd go to the party. And I've kept my kids home from all parties the day it hit my house. But 3.days later it should be fine

No I would not skip the party if I didn't have the stomach virus by then.

This. I think rue giving it anough time to manifest, plus don't those viruses usually last only 24 hrs?

Re: Stomach virus question
I would go. I mean... my kid had it last night. I spent the whole night taking care of him and my husband stayed home today with him. I went to work. I can't take off the rest of the week to spare spreading a virus that I may not even get.

Re: Stomach virus question
I'd go but be aware not to taste someone's drink or anything like that. You can totally be carrying the germs even though you aren't sick yourself. Have fun!

Stomach virus question
I would not skip it. In the past, if I have a stomach bug Monday night, I am back to work by Wednesday.

Stomach virus question
I'd go. You can't pass along a virus you don't have and the incubation period for gastroenteritis is short.
I had it Monday into Tuesday and was fine by yesterday.

Re: Stomach virus question
Honestly, I might. Isn't it possible that you are carrying germs but didn't get sick? What I would do is call the host and let them decide.

Re: Stomach virus question
Well my son threw up again out of no where so I think we are gonna skip it. We were going up until then but now I don't want m mom watching them and I don't want to chance spreading the germs. Thanks for your input
