Quick grammar question...
Let's say a family name is "Toe". So for a card, how can you sign?
1. For sure... "Toe Family"
and now the question, 2 or 3?
2. The Toes or 3. The Toe's

Quick grammar question...
Number 2 would be the plural which is correct. Number 3 is for possession which is not what you want.

Thanks, that's what I thought what it's very confusing. I think the 3rd scenario would be "The Toe's car" or something like that....

It's "Toes."
Apostrophes are used for contractions and possessives; you are making a word plural here.
