For those w/ full time babysitter or nanny
What percentage salary increase did you give your babysitter when you had your second child?
First child will be in nursery school everyday for 2.5 hrs a day.

My friend had this exact situation, except her daughter's nursery program was 3 hours. The nanny went from $17 an hour to $20 when she had her second. She does their laundry and she would cook for them, but my friend tells her not to because she'd rather her spend the time with the kids (she was ok with laundry since it's a load here or there and doesn't take time away from the kids).

We went from $11 an hour for 1 kid to $15 an hour for 2 kids
