We alternate Triple Paste and Aquaphor every other diaper and that usually clears it up pretty fast.

Try water wipes instead of regular wipes.
For sensitive skin, it's really trial and error to figure out what works best. Both of my kids are sensitive, but different combinations worked better for each of them. I also always have an Rx on hand from the ped for when it gets worse, which helps it go away in a day or so.
