Diaper rash
My LO has a terrible rash. It came out of nowhere.. Thinking bad reaction to new wipes??? Anyway other than desitin, triple paste which I'm using, any remedies??? I feel so bad, he is miserable during diaper changes.

Re: Diaper rash
I found aquaphor worked the best. Now it's the only thing I use!

Diaper rash
A friend recently told me about her secret to combating diaper rash - it's an over the counter ointment called Calmoseptine. I was skeptical but my daughter had a HORRIBLE diaper rash while on antibiotics and I decided to give it a try after having already tried Triple Paste, Balmex, Desitin Max, etc. It worked wonders. It's a combination of calamine lotion, zinc oixide, and cooling menthol. It's not by the baby stuff in a pharmacy, its in the adult incontinence aisle but safe for children (I asked my pediatrician). You can read the Amazon reviews and see how effective it is for many people. My Walgreens had it in stock, but not sure how many places carry it! Hope it helps!

Diaper rash
if it is not going away I would take them to doctor. It could be a yeast rash and those need medicated cream.
