Great wolf lodge questions, specifically suite that sleeps 8

Thinking about going with DH and the kids at the end of June for 2 nights. We have never been. I have 4 year old twins and a 3 year old.

My SIL wants to come with her 3 kids (they are all big-18,20, and 21).

I see the loft suite sleeps 8 which is fine. We have gone to Dutch Wonderland all together and had a double room. Here they actually have an extra bed (in DW we had 2 beds and a pullout sofa. GW has 3 beds and a pullout sofa).

My question is there are 9 of us (with my kids) but it says room is for 8. I know we can all fit so that's not the issue but what about the water park passes. They will only give us 8 then?

Anyone have an idea if they would let us sleep 9? The site seems pretty specific that it is a no-no and if it wasn't for needing the water park passes I wouldn't care. Can I just buy one separate pass or it has to be from the room?

Anything else in general I should know about Great Wolf? I don't need to bring towels, right? And it looks like they have life jackets or should I bring their puddle jumpers?

Unfortunately you can't go over the max occupancy, and it's not like you could fib because they won't sell you a pass for the extra person. They don't sell day passes, they are tied to your room and occupancy. That suite only has 1 bathroom doesn't it? 8 people using one bathroom for showering, etc. is A LOT IMO.

They have towels, and they have life jackets, but traditional ones, so I would bring the Puddle Jumpers.

You cannot sleep 9 in a room for 8, or if you sneak the 9th person in they can not go into the water park. You can NOT buy passes for any person not paid for as a guest in a room. So the suite for 8 will not work.

We stayed in a suite for 8 (Great Bear Suite, I think it was called). There were 8 of us.

They do have life jackets and I don't recall about towels.

They actually do give out day passes for every registered guest in your room.

So my sister in law lives in the poconos and we invited them to meet us for the day. For every person in our room the desk allows you to purchase a pass for guests. They did not need to be there to receive, we bought them ahead of time at check in.
