Post Partum Recovery Band?
Did anyone use a post partum recovery band? Did it help? Can you recommend which one you used? My friend said hers really helped, but she doesn't remember which one it is and there's just so many!

I got an inexpensive one from motherhood, and the hospital gave me a similar one. I wore them, on a few occasions, but I had major stomach issues (the pain killers were not easy on my stomach...) and I found the bands just gave me uncomfortable belly aches. I had a c-section, FYI. 2 of my friends who had c's raved about theirs, both hospital-given.

I'm not planning on a c-section, but my friend didn't have one either. She said it helped tighten her tummy post partum with her vaginal delivery.

I could not imagine wearing one of these PP while trying to BF/care for a newborn. They are so rigid. I was going to get one before I had my DS and I'm happy I didn't. I wound up back in most of my prepregnancy clothes 1-2 weeks after delivery.
