Post partum recovery
I had a fourth degree tear, I think I'm healing well. Every so often though, i get a pain in my lower abdomen - is that normal? Is my uterus just getting back down to its size and such? I'm almost 3 weeks post.
TIA!

Re: Post partum recovery
I had a 2nd degree tear and it took me about 8 weeks to heal. At the 3 week mark, I was just beginning to be able to do kegels again. But my discomfort lasted a while. Sounds like you're doing great and healing quickly. ETA: My uterus was cramping back down to size for the first few weeks also.....
