I haven't been there in a really long time, but I love Atlanta. The World of Coca Cola is fun, the zoo and the aquarium are worth seeing if you have the time. I would also check out Centennial Park and the High Museum of Art. I always liked to walk around the area called Virginia Highlands - has cute shops and restaurants. There's also an area called Little Five Points - sort of a bohemian, college town area. If you like live music, there's a sort of "famous" place called Eddie's Attic that is great. I know that the CNN Center is always mentioned as a place to go see, but I've never been, so can't say either way.

The aquarium is suppose to be amazing. I believe they have a whale shark which is super rare in captivity
