Best restaurants in Vegas?
My parents are going to Vegas next week and they'll be there for my mom's birthday. I was thinking of getting her a gift card for a restaurant there (there is nothing else she needs!). They like Italian or Steakhouses- somewhat higher-end, but not too trendy/loungy. They're staying at MGM- but would go to dinner anywhere on the strip.
Suggestions?

There are SO many good steakhouses out there but my faves that aren't too trendy/clubby are:
Charlie Palmer (Four Seasons)
Jean George (Aria)
SW (Wynn)
Prime (Belaggio)

my fat azz got the 24 hour buffet pass ( they were terrible) except for the buffet at caesars SOO SOOO worth it but the wait to get in was HOURS!obviously not for a romantic dinner, but while they are there, they should check it out.

Steak-
Country club at Wynn
Delmonico
Jean Georges steak
Botero
These are the high end places, while not being trendy like cut, craftsteak, etc
Italian-
Sinatra
Portofino
Il Mulino (same as NY one)

Our favorite steakhouse and actually favorite restaurant in Vegas is Delmonico in Venetian.
The food is always amazing! It's not one of those "trendy" place when you will look out of place if they are older than 30.
