best restaurants in vegas?
tell me your faves! this is the 3rd time i'm going, but first time with a girlfriend - the other times were with family. we want to do a fancy'ish dinner one night, then the rest, anything goes. would love some recommendations, as she is researching EVERYTHING lol

There are so many places in Vegas that they have here in the city so I do my best to avoid them, but I did eat at Craft Steak which was yummy.
The restaurant in the Eiffle Tower in Paris is fancy and tasty. Definitely get a seat by the window looking at the Bellagio fountains.
I love love love Margaritaville.

i've heard the restaurants in the wynn and encore are nice. we tried to get into the Mesa Grill in Cesars, but it was always full. So make a reservation early if you decide to go there! We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant in the Mirage - Onda. We also tried to get into restaurants in the bellagio, Circo being one which looked really good!

We just went to Vegas for our wedding anniversary and had our celebratory dinner at Delmonico's Steak house. It was superb! Everything-service, appetizers, drinks, wine list and most importantly, the unbelievably delicious filet mignons were TOP notch! DH and I are both big foodies so it took us a while to pick THE place for our special dinner and we were not disappointed.

I was going to recommend Delmonico's also. It was outstanding!

I LOVED Delmonico's!!! AFter I have this baby DH and I are flying out for the weekend just for this place

CAVO at the Palazzo.
Great food / Atmosphere 
Plus you dont have to leave after you eat- It turns into a cute Swanky bar/loung-ey/ club
