I'm Not sure how a thought or question automatically makes a person sound annoyed about a situation.
It sounded like you were annoyed because you asked your supervisor twice about being reimbursed. If you asked once and got an answer, there would be no reason to ask again, unless you were annoyed by the first answer you got.
