Disney 23 weeks PG - crazy?
It would be in December. Is it worth it to goo while PG? Can I go on many rides? DH sprung this on me this morning and if we decide to do it I want to book ASAP - flights are expensive.

I went to disney as my babymoon. I think I was 24 weeks. There's only a few rides that you shouldn't go on, the bigger roller coasters etc. But most things are perfectly safe (assuming you're not high risk or anything). You will probably need more frequent breaks since it is a lot of walking and don't forget to drink a lot of water, especially on the flight.

I've seen some women here the past 2 days who are beyond that and they look miserable.
But if you take it easy, and don't have another one to keep up with you should be fine.

Yeah, but it's also August, and 100 degrees there with high humidity.
I think December will be fine

Re: Disney 23 weeks PG - crazy?
I went around 20 weeks pregnant in February and cooler weather made it definitely doable!! I would not have been able to do it in the heat!! I was able to run around all day long but made sure to take a rest on a bench when needed and made myself drink a ton of water (I was constantly in the bathroom so I know I was drinking enough - lol!). There were some rides that I could go on and others that I couldn't but it wasn't an issue for me and my husband went on their des that I couldn't with my 4 year old. Amazingly enough tons of pregnant women walking around Disney parks! Enjoy!!!

Going in August is totally different from going in December - I'm sure there is a website that will tell you exaactly which rides you'd have to skip - Personally, I wouldn't skip anything, ever at 24 weeks PG

Re: Disney 23 weeks PG - crazy?
I was about 15 weeks in July when we went and felt fine. I'm 23 weeks now and I absolutely feel I could handle this trip if we were to go right now! December will be even better - cooler. Just take it easy, incorporate some rest, abide by the ride suggestions and you will be fine!
