Pump and dump?
Not sure what to do...
Had a small glass of wine and pumped a half hour later. Do i dump the breastmilk or would you consider it safe to drink?
My child is only a month old fyi...

Not true at all...you can have 1-2 drinks of basically anything and still nurse

Pump and dump?
Never pump and dump after drinking! If you are sober enough to drive, your milk is fine. You can get plastered, wait til you're sober, and then pump/bf and it would be fine. Once you no longer feel the alcohol in your system, it has also filtered out of your milk.
If you are unsure, you can always mix it with sober milk.
