White spots and soar in mouth
DD has white spots and twould soars on her gums. One soar went away and a new one developed. She has no fever and isn't complaining that her throat hurts.
Any ideas??

Def worth it to see your ped ASAP.
Commonly strep has white spots.
Coxsackie too.
I have seen strep without fever.
Thrush is possible, but usually in little babies.

Yep my son never complained and never had a fever the two times he had coxsackie. I honestly wouldn't have thought he was sick, but friends had been diagnosed.
