Restoration Hardware Baby & Child
Has anyone ordered furniture through there?
It doesn't look like there is a store near us, so you have to just order it online?
How is the quality?

2 of my friends have and rave about it. The style is gorgeous and for rhe price it better be amazing quality lol
I can ask how they ordered but im pretty positive it was online since we dont live/work close to 1 either.
Ive seen it in person and its gorgeous. 1 has had it for 3 years now and no issues.

Our nursery furniture is from there. The quality is outstanding! Every piece is so beautifully made. I highly recommend it.

Re: Restoration Hardware Baby & Child
While it looks pretty, some items are not practical in my experience. I had a solid side crib from there for my DD. Once she started standing, kicking, moving alot, the sides of the crib were chipping due to two painted surfaces moving. I had to fight with them to refund me as I didnt want my DC sleeping in a crib with chipping paint. Finally they agreed. So eh, solid side crib to me was not good enough re quality control.

I have a lot of pieces from RH B&C. I don't think the quality is great. Also the customer service was a nightmare. I have a crib, side table, lamp, dresser, table with a bench and two chairs, and an armchair with ottoman. I also have the crib bedding, regular full size bedding, and curtains. I think you are really buying the design instead of the function of the furniture. I can go on and on about it. It looks great in the catalog but the company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I even used the RH B&C paint for the walls in two houses.
I had the same problem with the crib's paint chipping. In fact, in our second house I bought a crib from Walmart and it is made a million times better than the one from RH.
