Peak reading on OPK

I don't get the blinking smiley, it goes straight to the solid smiley on CBM advanced OPK.. but then 2 days later when I test again, I still get the solid smiley? What's up with that? 3 to 4 days of peak

I thought I ovulated around CD16, but then would this put me at CD18 or 19? We usually starting CD 14 which is when I get my smiley, and stop about 4 days later.. what am I missing or am I stopping too early?

If u can, I'd start earlier - maybe cd 8 or 10 and do it every other day till u get your peak and after your peak still bed every other day until about cd20.
