Where to purchase a twin bed for DS?

DS is 5 and he's growing very quickly out of his toddler bed (convertible crib). We've decided to switch him to a twin size because the full size bed that the convertible crib turns into is too big for his current bedroom.

Where would you look for twin sized bed (headboard and footboard, not the mattress)?

I bought DS his bed at ikea. We have a tiny bedroom for him so we were limited and I wanted storage so we got one with drawers under.

We had a twin mattress from the bedroom before we switched it to the nursery so we just used that.

We got a twin bed from IKEA too. They have a pretty good selection and I think we only paid $120 for it.

Also Ikea. We got the untreated solid wood one and treated it with natural beeswax polish. Very sturdy and great for a kid. Room underneath for storage boxes.

We went to Raymour and Flanagan. DD's set is really cute but it's been discontinued and we had several pieces replaced (for free, it was still under warrantee) due to the wood splitting. I'm assuming this is why it was discontinued. The brand was Build a Bear, which was odd because the set doesn't have anything Build a Bear on it.

they have them a lot of places! raymour and flanigan by us in NJ has a whole kid's section with a lot to pick from.... This End Up has a bunch of really nice, solid wood ones to pick from. Not the cheapest, but they'll last!! and you can get them with drawers under them for more storage.... DS has a twin bed from This End UP that I love, and it has 2 drawers under it which are great!
