Second temp spike
Hi, this was my first month temping - i did see a spike after the time of ovulation (used with an CBEFM) but now 9dpo i see another spike - could this mean something or am i just reading into it?

I believe it could be the start of a triphasic chart - i don't know what the implications are but i'm sure google will tell you!

I just looked up Triphasic and found this! Sounds like that's exactly what's happening.

it dipped down to pre-ovulation temps today so i am guessing i am out now :(

Don't try and detect pregnancy with your temps. Just use it for O. When I temped (for a short time to get to know my cycle better) I didn't get the dip until the morning AF arrived. I kept thinking OHHH It's spiking again and getting all excited. If AF is LATE and your temp is way high, then maybe use that as an indicator. But for now, it's a great tool to help you navigate around your O time.
