Diaper rash help
What is the best diaper rash cream??!
Dd woke up this morning with a dirty diaper and horrible diaper rash....the worse we have had. She screamed the entire diaper change  normally we only use Vaseline bc she rarely gets any rash. I put on maximum strength desatin - not sure if that will do the trick or not.

Diaper rash help
We have the best luck with the blue desitin. Not sure if that's the one you used. Just keep putting on thick layers. Oh, and don't use wipes because that will irritate it more. Use warm water on a washcloth or paper towel.
Hope it goes away soon.

Dd gets this often. Use wet paper towels to clean, not wiped. Not even sensitive bc they have alcohol. We use neosporin if there are little sores then thick thick balmex. She had tomatoes and I think they make her poop acidic so it was bad this time. It want going away so I tried triple paste in the tub and it seems to be working!!

Desitin....when DD is red I use the Desitin and by the next diaper it's already clearing up.

Diaper rash help
A really thick coat of purple tube Desitin.
Triple paste also works.
Once DS had a terrible rash for days and when I asked on here someone suggested Lotrimin, which was the only thing that worked. But I would use it only if nothing else worked.

Will sound crazy....l
Use cotton/cloth with basin of soapy water no wipes!
Use cotton ball put on a layer of mylanta. Takes away sting and soothes.
Put on triple paste. In a day it should start to disappear
