Can you bring Backpacks into Disney?
Yes, and food and drinks. They check your bag, but are looking for weapons, not food.

No glass bottles of any kind. But yes. Many people do. They will throughly search it.

Yup. I used my travel backpack everyday and a cooler bag. Thank goodness for the stroller to leave it in when we went on rides or just too hot to go on my back.
Filled with diapers, wipes, antibactria lotion, change of clothes for kids in case, their autograph book and sharpie, chapstick, sunscreen, etc. DH had the wallet in his pocket and my license, but I didn't take any of mine since he had and no need for extra stuff possibly stolen.
Cooler bag had frozen water bottles and water bottles, water bottles for them and juice to fill up as well. PB&J sandwiches (if we didn't have a character lunch that day), snacks, etc. I kept panchos on the bottom of the stroller bc it tends to just pour there.
