Character meals: I havent been but hear good things about Ohana dinner (we loved their breakfast) Crystal Palace in MK, has pooh characters. Buffet dinner, with a central park theme Lunch in Norway with the princesses, we really liked it there
Non Characters WE always enjoy the dinner in moracco. THey have belly dancers and bring hte kids up to dance too. T Rex in downtown Disney Raglan Rd also downtown disney, irish pub with step dancers

Cinderella castle if you can get that for sure. Also the Luau at the Poly was really nice and food was great. Or Ohana dinner (not character meal) was so delicious!

Any of the dinner shows are fun for toddlers - the Luau, Mickey's Backyard BBQ or the Hoop De Doo. I think for toddlers, the BBQ would be the most fun.
