BD'd on CD8...talk me down
I am holding out hope the one BD we had before I O'd got us pregnant. It was unexpected (DH & I are not on the same page right now about getting preggo so I guess I am desperate) and usually he withdraws right on time, no problems. I think he figured he was "safe" cuz I just finished my period, so he didn't pull out.
I can't get the hope out of my head. Anyone here get pregnant from BD on CD8? My cycles have varied from 22-25 days. AF barely lasts 4 days, if that.
I have had TONS of CM lately. More than usual (actually I have noticed a lot less in the past few months). Even today, when I am "probably" (this is a guess) 2DPO, I noticed a creamy CM.
I keep looking for symptoms. I had diarrhea last week, I blamed it on a possible BFP. Any little weird twinges, I think BFP. Tingling breasts, BFP. I am losing my mind.
Please stop me!!! I wish AF would just be here now so I wouldn't have to keep thinking about it!!!
Thanks for listening.

Anything is possible. Especially since your cycles are relatively short. Fingers crossed for you!

Even though I definitely o'd a few days prior? I noticed the creamy white CM today and I am probably 2, 3 DPO. CD15 right now for sure. I had plenty of EWCM days before (I had an abundance for days actually!) and it stopped for about a day or two. Then the creamy CM showed up. I have pretty short cycles, 22-26 days, short AF 3-4 days.
I think I have to stop analyzing!!
Thanks for listening though! :hug

How do you know you DEFINITELY o'ed before?? Are you using opk's? Temping? Etc... Regardless, it's way WAY too early to be seeing symptoms. Also, just a side note, you probably want to be honest with DH about TTC, you really don't want to blindside him with a shocker pregnancy.

Oh I don't know definitely, was just observing CM which has worked for me before. I don't think DH would be too upset or blind sided, he is just one of those guys that seems to think you have to wait for the "perfect" time and in his mind, it's not the "perfect" time. But he would be laid back enough not to freak out. The fact that he didn't pull out shocked me, he does it like clockwork...so I almost wondered if he stopped caring and said what the hell...OR maybe he was just that stupid that it "couldn't" happen . That's really not like him though. Even when I was on the pill he was cautious.

I would wait a few days then test.... When you start observing your cycle (even passively) it seriously starts doing some crazy things.

Yeah, when you start looking for symptoms, they start showing up all over the place.

Not necessarily though, I only get that after O. Never before or during.

This
My CM goes creamy right after O. That's one of my first signs. Right after O cm goes creamy, boobs are sore and I :TMI: go to the bathroom after being constipated before O. It's the rise in progesterone that does it.

Re: BD'd on CD8...talk me down
I'm really confused. If you're only 2 or 3DPO then you couldn't even be pregnant yet. So any "symptoms" last week would have been before O so I'm not sure how you could equate that with a BFP.
Regardless, I agree with PP who said that you don't want to surprise your husband with a pregnancy. Having a child is a huge commitment. And even having a laid back husband doesn't mean that he'd just be ok with a surprise like that.

I know...if you read my post I know I'm completely out of my mind reading into things. I just needed to get it out in writing and I was really looking for people to shut me up.
I know my husband...he would be fine. He just likes his ducks in a row. But he knows things happen and you have to roll with it. There really is nothing wrong with hoping to be preggo even if my husband isn't on board. I wasn't the one who didn't pull out anyway
