give me a short list of things to do in boston
looking for a few things to do in boston when we go up there, this summer.
i'm hoping to spend a day and a half up there and then back down to nyc before heading to DC

there are a ton of tours to do. duck tours are fun. its a bus/boat and most drivers are great. the freedom trail, walk boston commons/flower gardens, duck pond, paul reveres house, little italy. you MUST get cannolis at MIKES pastry. not the other place. it closes early and always has a line around the block but so worth it. the Christan Science center was really cool. its a short tour but the globe they have is amazing. walk boylston st,
def go to quincy market for lunch. the aquarium is there too. its small but nice
theres a ton to do. its a great walking city and very small you can do a lot in 1 day.

Duck Tour
Quincy Market
I highly recommend the Sam Adams Tour if you're into that - there's a party trolley that takes you to the oldest bar in Boston, Doyle's, and it's a blast!

Shopping on Newbury St! Sox game.
North End- Agree with Mike's pastries. Giacomo’s Ristorante (they usually have a line too, around dinner), Galleria Umberto (awesome pizza, lunch only).- this is all near the freedom tour, which takes you around Paul Revere's ride and you can see some historic spots in Boston.

Here is what we did:
Sam Adams Brewery Tour
Harpoon Brewery Tour- try the pretzels here, they are the BEST!
Quincy Market/Fanuiel Hall
Walk the Freedom Trail and visit the different historical sites like Paul Revere's house
New England Aquarium (our hotel was right by here, and across from Quincy Market)
As the PP suggested, try a cannoli from Mike's Pastry in the North End/Little Italy area. They are so good!
