Exercise
Do you keep up with your same routine or do you ease up a bit during your 2WW?
I usually do hard cardio, but am thinking that might be too much??

I pretty much keep my same routine. I just make sure not to over exert myself.

In the beginning I would ease up but I no longer do that... I work out 4days a week and jog 3days a week and I keep up same routine.

if u were doing it all before then ive heard thats totally fine....i always feel worried to about this ...but my Dr said all fine!
