MrsSchwags, Smith1234 and anyone else interested in organizing some exercise...
I was wondering who would be interested in getting together once a month or twice a month at one of LI's parks for some walking? We could vary the location...like one week we could do it at Sunken Meadow and the next time a Caumsett park and then Bethpage...You get the general idea.
Let me know if you are interested and what day(s) might work. For me, Friday is the best because I won't be working that day.

I think this is a great idea. My work schedule varies from week to week, but would love walking partners if it fits in with work.
