Constipation help!
I know tmi but I am super constipated. I have been taking colace and eating prunes and nothing helps.
What else is safe to take?

Drink tons of water. And dont laugh but when you try to go put your legs on a little step stool. A co worker of mine told me this when i was pregnant and had the same issue and it worked. Good luck this feeling is the worst.

Eating prunes usually works for me, but, a few times, I've gone 2 full weeks without being able to go. My dr told me to take Milk of Magnesia when that happens.

Constipation help!
Exercise, drink lots of water with benefiber, drink sunsweet plum juice, increase fiber intake
I was miserable around 11 weeks. I would get the worst spasms ever because I was so constipated. Eventually, the things listed above helped.

i have been in hell this whole pregnancy taking 3 colace a day , eating activia yogurt prune flavored and chugging liquids sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt , i feel that i am not consistent enough as well so i guess its my fault but if you are in pain you can take
smooth move tea
milk of magnesium
senka tablets
colace up it 300 mgs a day

Constipation help!
Thanks everyone, I actually ended up in the hospital because nothing helped. They gave me a few enemas and now everything is ok in the world!
