Re: Baby Furniture
We bought both baby furniture from Behrs. I had a good experience. Both times dealt with the same salesmen. We did buy echelon last time, not this time we choose another Less expensive set. I can say that the first set did get marked up a bit from leading on but not bad that it's wrecked.

We got the Sorelle Providence collection from BBB. Beautiful set and used 20% coupons on each piece to save a few hundred dollars
same here with Providence
Depends on your price point but I would look at Munire and Echelon (same company - Echelon is just higher end).
To the poster above I loved the Daiya crib!! It seemed so sturdy, well made, and solid! What a shame to hear that
When the crib came in there was a huge scratch on the front board. I asked them to take that piece back and replace it.
The dresser got a little scratch and some of the paint started peeling on the dresser. I've inly had it for a few months and I not rough with my furniture. Behr's sent me a little bottle of white paint to cover the marks.
I'm just disappointed in the quality considering this set cost more than most. Next time, I'm just getting a cheaper set or a different brand.

I don't blame you and I'm sorry that happened. Maybe go so far as to write to Echelon/Munire and see what they say
