Hip pain while laying down?
I'm 33 weeks and it's starting to get really bad at night and I can't sleep. I have a full body pillow but it doesn't exactly help and it doesn't matter which side I lay on.
Anything that would help?

I had it relatively bad for a few weeks (2-3), and it just happened to go away on it's own. I know that doesn't help much lol.

Yeah, it was pretty bad from 34-37 weeks or so and then it just stopped. I tried to shove a pillow under my butt, so I was more on the front of my hip instead of the side. But I know the feeling and its very uncomfortable! Hope it stops for you too!

unfortunately its probably there to stay until the baby is born. Sometimes i would get a break on one side vs the other, but usually i had to lay on my back to not feel it...

I had mine until the end of the pregnancy. Putting the full body pillow in between my legs so my hips were stacked would help, but I would still have to change positions frequently at night.

I have the same thing and when I can get out of bed to P i have horrible sciatica.
I have a pregnancy pillow btwn my knees a long body pillow in front, under my head and one behind my back.
My fortruss of pillow that seems to help Im at 37 weeks.

Hip pain while laying down?
I get terrible hip pain. It has increased in the past few days. Stretching and massage really help me. I find the pain is worse on days I am more active- especially if I go up and down stairs a lot.

oh no! I thought because I wasn't active at all this is a cause of it. I guess there's no happy medium
I think it is just a result of the baby putting extra pressure on the hips and pelvis.

chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy help mine out. Only lasts 2-3 weeks but its something

Hip pain while laying down?
I had it for awhile. Kept me up night after night. It has subsided a lot recently though. Sleeping with a microwavable heat pad helped a lot.

I had it all the way up to the end. It was terrible and made sleeping so painful. It'll all go away once the baby is born though!
