Lamaze class at north shore hospital

So DH and I have our class next Saturday, I was going thru our paperwork and it does not say to being anything with us- or anything we should or shouldn't wear

I will prob call this week, but has anyone taken this class yet and can give me some feedback?

You don't need anything but a pen. As for feedback on the class, it was very informative but not what I was expecting at all. I expected to spend more time going over relaxation exercises and how your partner can help. However, the class was lonnnng and a lot of time was spent going over a PowerPoint and watching videos. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed.

I took it in 2012 and the teacher had us do a lot of exercises but we sat at a table most of the to
I me and had to watch videos. I do remember it was a whole day and there was really not much to eat there so bring a snack or food.
