Ugh, post partum hormones
I had ds3 tues morning. EVERYTHING makes me cry. I hate feeling this way. Same thing happened after ds2. My dh doesn't get it. Am I alone on feeling this way? One minute I'm sad, the next I am happy. Up and down, all day long.

Yes! We were on the way to a ped apt and I cried b/c I missed my prego belly and the next minute I was all excited asking what we were having for dinner. It passes but it sucks til it does.

I remember the feeling! It stinks, but it's totally normal. Your hormones are going NUTS and you're sleep deprived. Just remember that you will feel normal again. It probably took me a good 4-5 weeks. Talk to your OB if things don't start to improve.

Baby Blues and totally normal, yes. I remember sitting on the couch, looking at my newborn in the bouncy seat at my feet and just sobbing. DH came in and asked what was wrong and I just kept repeating, I can't do this, I can't do this. through my sobs. He just sat down with me and rubbed my back helplessly. It passed.

Re: Ugh, post partum hormones
Totally had this for almost 3 weeks with B..... Once I accepted it, and cried when I felt sad and enjoyed my happy moments. It started to just go away....
It is normal!!! Hang in there
