Coughing remedies
My ds is literally coughing nonstop 
In the past we have used childrens mucinex which is not helping him at all.
Any other remedies I feel bad for him and cringe to think about all the germs he is spreading!

Not sure how old your LO is but DD is 5 so we are able to give her Delsym when she has a coughing fit. It helps.

Coughing remedies
Vicks Vaporub on his feet with socks at night. Or even some on his chest. Also we use Zarbee's and it works pretty well (if he's over age 1-it's honey based).
