Help! Cold remedies anyone?
After all my coworkers were sick last week and SO as well, now I'm coming down with a cold, and for me that means a sinus infection for at least 2-3 weeks, and possibly losing my voice! I am a teacher and this week is the LAST WEEK! I have listening comps to give on the finals and on a Regents!!!!!!
Anyone have any remedies to stop it before it really starts? Last night I was congested, now add swollen glands to it... I have been taking vitamin C.. anything else?
