Coughing at night
DS is 14 months. He went through a rough stint with a bad wheezing cough and RSV in November and just finished up with nebulizer once again last week. Now tonight he has been waking himself up with a cough where it sounds like he is choking on mucus. Definitely not wheezing again...he really is otherwise fine!
Any ideas on what to do to help him out? Right now cool mist vaporizer is going and he is sleeping in my bed propped up on pillows.
Going to call pedi in am but figured I'd ask here for now.

Rub Vicks on feet & cover with socks along with some on his chest. I also.use the Vicks plug ins.

My Dd is sick now also, she just has a cough. I've been using a humidifier and last night put Vicks on her feet with socks. I also gave her a minimal amount of childrens nighttime triaminic as her ped had told me I could do once before.

Vicks on the feet and chest always helps DD.
