Sleep regression
Is this a real thing or just something they say to keep moms from jumping out the window? If yes... When does it happen How long does it last Why does it happen

Re: Sleep regression
We just went a round with sleep regression (DD was 12 months). It lasted a little over a week. I never went in and got her and now things are back to normal.

Re: Sleep regression
All kids are different. My DD went def went through sleep phases. We are in one now at 2 1/2 and I'm very close to jumping out of a window! Lol

Re: Sleep regression
DS is almost 11 months old and never had any sleep regression. The occasional bad night? Yes, of course, but nothing noticeable.

Re: Sleep regression
DS1 (3yo) never went thru it. He's always been a great sleeper.
DS2 (4.5mo) I believe is in the throes of it... but I think it's mostly due to the fact that he barely naps during the day... makes perfect sense right?

Sleep regression
we had it at 4m. basically went from pretty much STTN to waking up happy and "talking" and then after wanting to eat. lasted til 5m. then she went back to STTN but inconsistently. by 8m she was STTN consistently. good luck!
