What is your routine 12 week old

It is almost time to return to work and im trying to get a good eat, nap, bedtime, sleep routine going. What is yours?

When DS was that young I basically just followed his lead (still do). But to get on a good routine, I followed Eat - Play - Sleep.

Basically feed the baby, let him/her play until showing signs of sleepiness, put baby down for a nap.

Repeat.

He has been waking at 7ish in the morning but doesnt usually finish his last bottle til 10 and wont sleep until 11pm! I was hoping he would go down for the night at 8 or 9 even of he woke up earlier. I find at night he is so overly tired and cranky and just fighting sleep.

I would try pushing bedtime back gradually. Also whatever bottle is before the 10pm, try to up it a few ounces to see if it'll hold him longer. At 12 weeks there's not much you can do...

What is your routine 12 week old

DS is 9 weeks and has been on a really great (for us) schedule. During the day it's still pretty much feed on demand, sleep, and playtime mixed in when he's awake. He tends to have last bottle between 9-11pm (depending how much he's had that day), then goes right down. He wakes for another feeding around 4-5am, then goes back down til 7 or 8am. If he happens to fall asleep earlier than 9, he might want a bottle at midnight or 1am.

This works great for us because we all basically sleep the same hours and doing that late night/early AM feeding isn't terrible. Before we started this routine, he was cluster feeding and that was really tough on me. I was EXHAUSTED.

Well im glad to hear my baby isnt the only night owl :)
Just hate to see him get to the cranky over tired state :l
