When did your dc outgrow their infant tub?
...and what is next?! Dd is getting too big for her tub, even in the sitting up side.

Probably moved him around 6-7 months. We went right to the reg tub

Mine had a sling so I took that out and we now use the basin. She's
7m. Once she gets too big we will just go to the big tub.

DD was in the infant tub until a little over a year. After that she went into the regular tub.

Dd was 8 months she barely fit in the infant tub but loved bathtime so being cramped didn't bother her
We just started her in the tub with a bath ring seat and she loves it! She now crawls into the bathroom daily and goes to the tub hinting she wants a bath

I moved DD into an inflatable tub at about 10 months. Now at 13 months she still has plenty of room in it.

When did your dc outgrow their infant tub?
My infant tub had a sling and then a little stopper to lean his butt on, and then just the tub with back incline when at was out. That said, at 13 months (just last week!) I transferred him into the regular tub.
He would have been fine in the big tub much earlier (he used the big tub if we were out at family,etc) but I liked him in the little one. Now he's all over the big tub!

When did your dc outgrow their infant tub?
DS is still in his at 13 months (and he's a tall baby) - but I'm not ready to tackle trying to wash his hair from a sitting up position. This way I can at least lean him back against the infant tub incline and not fight too much. Not to mention he's a stander. I don't want to imagine him all over the tub yet!

Moved dd2 recently. She was to big for the infant tub. Went I to the big tub. I would put a towel behind her on the slope of the tub I case she fell backward. Never did. Also I couldn't fill the tub much b/c she could t balance in water yet but now at 8 months and for a bit now I can fill it more.

For those that did something in between the infant tub and big tub can you post a link of what you're using? Inflatable tub, bumper, etc,

DS is 10 months and barely fits into the infant tub, but he stands up in the tub, so I like trying to keep him "contained." Though recently he's started stepping out of the infant tub so we bought this non-slip mat for the main tub. He's read for it, I'm just not sure how I'll wash his hair w/o him screaming. He doesn't understand to put his head back yet.

We had that big claw foot tub that comes with the spa or whatever... dd used it without the sling until she was like 4! Lol. She fit in it fine and I liked it cuz I didn't have to wait for the tub to fill up. From there she started taking showers.
