According to this list, the ingredient in Immodium, which is loperamide, is ok in all 3 trimesters. I have heard not to take it in the 1st elsewhere but I did before I heard that and all is fine.

I would talk to your doctor or a doctor in the practice before you take anything in question. I wouldn't just trust what's on the internet.

I was told during my 1st pregnancy not to take it, so I avoid it when I am pregnant.

It was also on a list of medications that are ok to take given to me by my doctor.
