I used to use Great Neck OBGYN on Northern Blvd. They are a great group of doctors and are affiliated with North Shore. The only reason I stopped was because I moved to Brooklyn.

I see Dr. Morris-Rush at Preferred Women's. she has offices in Woodbury and a great Neck.

Dr Wendy Fried or Doreen Marinese @ Northern OB/GYN on new Hyde Park road. The whole practice is great

I use pro health in lake success
my dr is dr davidson but there are 5 docs total there
they have early am apts and evenings ;)

I love Dr. Trongone! He's the reason why we'll be traveling from West Islip to Manhasset when #2 arrives. I refused to switch. I also couldn't imagine delivering my first at North Shore and my second at Good Sam or Southside. There's nothing wrong with those hospitals per se but I knew I would be disappointed after my first experience.

That is so good to hear! I was really impressed when I called and spoke with the nurse and made an appointment. They were so genuine and nice, it was really refreshing. So I'm excited to go and see him!
Did you also see the other doctor that's part of practice or do they normally keep it to just one doctor the entire time?

You'll see both. Oddly enough I'm 21 weeks and still haven't met Dr. Petrocelli yet haha. Every time they have me scheduled for an appointment with him he's been at the hospital. He is new since my dd was born but a close friend (who is in the hospital delivering right now!) has seen him several times and likes him.
eta- The nurses and office staff there are really great. I may have dealt with one cranky person since I've been there (Sept of 2011) and I have seen her several times since then and never had an issue. I guess I just caught her on an off day.

I also go to Trongone and petrocelli. I like the practice a lot. Very impressed.
You will alternate between both drs. I like both of the a lot.
I saw Petrocelli for my first 3 apps and I have seen Trongone for the next 2 and my next is scheduled with Trongone.
I am just about 19 weeks.

I love Dr. Trongone!! I felt so at ease with him when I was in labor. He made the whole thing as pleasant as can be. He is just so calming. I delivered before Dr Petrocelli joined the practice, but I am sure he is just as amazing as Trongone. The whole office staff and all of the nurses were always very pleasant which is very refreshing!
