Acupuncture today
Trying acupuncture for the first time today. I'm gong to Andy in RVC because of all the good things I have heard from so many of you ladies. I spoke with him the other night and he was very nice and helpful. He said with FET we are working on circulation and blood flow.
A little nervous but hoping it helps us out since we still have no idea what our issue is.
I'll let you know how it goes!

Acupuncture today
Hey ladies, it went well. He was very nice. The needles didn't really hurt, but some of them felt odd. We talked a lot and he gave me some advice. I'm going back next week. Thanks for the recommendation.

I totally heard a woman's voice out there!
Unfortunately, I am a super loud talker and Andy is always telling me to lower my voice. Everyone can always hear me lol!

I feel that the needles have more of that uncomfortable sensation when I skip out on acu for a few weeks. Today I came after a week and a half and I felt those points so intense! Andy said it was most likely bc of my period too. They can feel more intense depending on how tense you are.

Ha. It was me. He has such a low voice and I was hardly talking bc I was a little freaked out. We sat down for like 10 minutes or so to go over everything. I only heard you bc I can't relax. Hes like did you fall asleep? NOPE. Even what I get massages I can't relax. Everything went fine. He is very nice.

Yeah I can't relax and am always tense and stressed so hopefully acupuncture helps with that. We shall see.

This was always my issue. It took me a few sessions to be able to relax. I actually fell asleep twice which is a shock for me. I try and do visual meditation which helps me rest plus I always bring a cozy sweater or Andy gives me a towel to put over me bc I'm always cold and find that I relax better when I'm covered. You will see what works for you, don't worry!

Thanks. If I could just get my mind to shut off for a little bit that would be good. My mind is always racing. Hopefully this will help with my stress. I'm going back on Sunday.

It's really like teaching your body to decompress. I have been with Andy since June and find that when I don't see him, I totally feel the difference in my stress level, indecisiveness, emotions.. Then when I get a treatment, everything kicks back into gear- like a reset button. After my wedding, I was exhausted.. like couldn't find energy to do things, just physically and emotionally drained. I saw Andy and felt back to normal immediately. You will totally notice the difference soon.

Feel same way. Just saw him today after not going for over week and a half. Feel the difference. ;)
