Any ideas
Every month after AF I have about a week and a half where I feel fine and normal. Then I will get these pains that start in my ovaries (feel like ovulation pains) but they just get worse and worse and continue on for a week (or even longer some months). I get bad cramps, a heavy feeling in my pelvis, my lower back hurts, it is sore from hip to hip (so pain on BOTH sides) and I will be extremely moody and emotional. Of course I jump to the worst possible scenario in my head. For the past few months I have really worried about it and then AF comes and I feel fine again so I almost forget that it happened. I have an appt to see the Dr. next month and I am just concerned something is going on. Anyone ever experience something like this? It is every month. It is happening right now and has been since last Friday
I should also mention during this time it hurts to pee. It is not a UTI type pain but more like my uterus is so heavy (almost like it felt when DC was in there and ready to come out). AF is normal every month.

Any ideas
Just sounds like regular old PMS to me, except for the pain during pee. It COULD be a UTI just up a little way in the system... but other than that it really just sounds like regular old PMS.

Maybe a silly question but is it still considered PMS if this happens about a week and a half AFTER AF? Basically what happens is I get AF for about 5 days, then have about 5 days of peace and then this starts up for a week or two and then before I know it AF is here again and it continues
Def. not a UTI because it comes and goes every single month so it is def. related to my cycles.

Endometriosis?
I had endo with adhesions and my only symptom was pain. Drs always said bc I had reg periods I didn't have it. Until I started seeing my current obgyn. She said endo w adhesions. I had exploratory lap done and there it was.
I think you should speak to your obgyn

Starting at that point is O - so a lot of your symptoms sound like it's your O going into PMS. As for the urinary tract pain/pressure totally ask your OB.
