SPR... Am I the only one before traveling
Get stressed about making sure the house is clean before we leave?! 
Yes, I like to keep a clean house and am (or try to be) organized. We leave next week for Orlando and then Boca and all I want to do is make sure the house is clean before leaving. Of course other things factor in, but I know I am crazy too.

Both DH and I are the same way too.
I can't imagine coming home to a mess, then adding to it with the unpacking mess.

You are not alone. I make sure that my home is completely cleaned and organized before we leave.
There is nothing like coming home to a spotless place and only having to worry about unpacking and doing your dirty clothes - ESPECIALLY if you work FT.

I clean out our refrigerator, make the beds, and clean up before leaving. I feel like I have so much laundry to do when we get home that I don't want to have to add cleaning to the list of things to do.

I always obsess about it because i worry that if something happens to me on the trip people would see my house a mess! Totally crazy and strange, but those are the types of things that keep me awake at night!

i do the same thing. i really thought i was the only crazy like this i feel like i will be so sad that i had to come home from somewhere awesome that at least my house will be clean lol

You're not alone. I clean the house like crazy before vacation (even if it's just a weekend). I like coming home to a clean house.

DH is a total neat freak so the house is always clean BUT I am obsessive about the bed sheets. I always have to put on clean sheets before we leave so that the bed is nice and clean when we return. I love coming home to my own nice, fresh bed to sleep in!

I was JUST talking to DH about this last night. I always have to do a thorough cleaning of the house before we leave for vacation. I can't stand coming home to any kind of mess.
