Was it hard tttc if you already have one DC?
I have a 3 year old little boy and my DH and I agreed this would be a great time to try for the 2nd has anyone found it hard to conceive. How many years apart did you start trying again?
I appreciate all stories and advice

I had my first pretty young and got pregnant super easy (wasnt even trying)....then when we "tried" to give him a sibling nothing for 5 years.....then when I wasnt trying ooops we got pregnant when my 2nd was only 8 months old....now that I am "trying" again ....i am going the fertility treatment route (though I am 39 - now ) so just try and relax and enjoy this time and hopefully you'll get lucky!

No! Second time around we conceived really quickly My boys are 23 months apart.

We didn't, all of our kids over the course of 6 years were conceived on the first or second month trying.

I got pregnant with my first DD very quickly after I had a miscarriage. Two months after. When we decided to try for number two we had a lot of problems getting pregnant on our own. We wound up going for help and I got pregnant using clomid on the first try after unmedicated iuis didn't work. It took us 2.5 yrs to conceive DD2

Second time around was awful for us. DD was conceived on the first try, one IUI. We started TTC #2 in Jan 2010 when our DD was 1y3m old and we finally conceived our DS in June 2012 when our DD was 3y9m.
DS was born this past March, our kids are exactly 4.5 yrs apart. It was a loooooong road to baby #2. Two and half years of trying, three miscarriages, multiple failed IUI's and running out of IF coverage.

Started Officially in May and on month 6 of trying. My DD just turned 3. It took us 5 months to conceive her. I think its mostly weight gain that is giving me issues, I am losing weight now and my cycles have gotten shorter. Its all over the place ranging from 25-30 days. To me it seems harder, because I want it so bad and very tired at the same time since taking care of her and working full-time.

My first DD wasn't "planned", but we did wait quite a few years before we tried for #2(happened first cycle). Unfortunately that ended in a fetal demise at 28 weeks. We did conceive again 2 months later(not trying; thought it would take a while to conceive again since my lost was so far along).

It only took us 2 months to conceive my 2nd DC. first DC was about 18 months at the time.

The first time took us 3 months. The 3rd month I started temping, and there was my BFP. We are now going into month 3, I have been temping the last 2 months, so I hope 3rd times a charm again!
