Dpo?
What do you count as your first dpo? If you aren't sure of exactly when you ovulated would you generally consider the first dpo as 2 days after the lh surge? ( assuming that you ovulate the next day and the day after is 1dpo? )

Yes. 2 days after lh surge is considered 1dpo. It's "assumed" you O the day after surge is detected.
The only way to know for sure is by temping. But if you're not, just say 2 days after surge.
