does progesterone cause AF cramps?
I've been having mild cramping since my IUI but last night it was worse, like i was literally going through AF. Is this a side effect of the progesterone supps maybe?

Definitely! I am using PIO and had pretty bad cramping during the 2 WW. After my BFP, it has subsided.

Yup. I had really bad cramping the first week on it. I to my second week now and it's subsided a lot. Guess my body is adjusted.
