in contract questions
Ok the ppl that are buying our home are going tonight to sign the contract I am assuming that my DH and I will then go tomorrow night or the next to sign.. What happens after we both sign?? Is there anything else the seller will need to do??

Your attorney will order a Title Report, which will indicate if there are any liens against the house or unpaid taxes, etc. If there are, then you will need to address those issues before you can close. Other than that, I believe you're in the clear. Just wait to hear from your lawyer.

Great thanks that's pretty much woul I figured just have nt spoken to the attorney yet so I wasn't positive :)
