Thanks for the info! I have another question I noticed on the hospital paperwork it says father visiting hours.. are DHs not allowed to stay overnight with you?
my husband stayed overnight 3 out of 4 nights. the first two nights when i didn't have a roommate, the nurses made up the other bed for him (very nice!) and the 3rd night he had to sleep in the reclining chair but the nurse encouraged him to stay even though i was getting a roommate.

In all honesty, it would be my roommate I'd feel the most sorry for  I'm not kidding. I have a weak pain tolerance and I'm a massive baby ... so if I'm recovering in a room with a roommate, good luck to her.  (hey at least I can admit to my weaknesses!)

I delivered there in March and I was not doubled up at any point in my stay. From what I could tell, no one else was either.
