We're going to be spending just under a week in Puerto Rico. DS is 4 1/2 and can certainly walk, but can get tired easily. I think we should bring a stroller, but DH thinks there's really not that much opportunity for excessive walking there. Does anyone have any experience?

Although it is a small area, Old San Juan can be hilly and has some cobblestone streets. The sidewalks are narrow though, if that helps. All depends upon what you are going to see.
