Re: Sinus pain
Try letting the shower run with really hot water and just sitting in the bathroom. You could also try vicks vaporub on your chest to breathe in the menthol, or laying in a darkened room with a warm rag on your forehead. All are safe during the 2ww according to my RE.
If it's more of a migraine thing, the warm wet washcloth will help that too, or, the RE and NP said it is safe to take excedrine during 2ww (I get bad migraines) It is just low dose aspirin (safe) Tylenol, and caffeine.
Hope you feel better!!!!!

Re: Sinus pain
When I get bad sinus headaches/pressure I put a hot wash cloth on my forehead and massage the sinuses. TMI - I can sometimes hear the crackling of the mucus and feel it releasing.
Netti Pot is your best friend when you are having sinus issues. Try that.
Plus you just had your IUI. Implantation won't happen for like another week. I think you would be safe taking something other than tylenol. But I understand you not wanting to. If it last a couple days with no relief, go to the Dr. You could have sinus infection

Re: Sinus pain
Thanks I left work at 12 and been in in since Not even sure if its a Sinus or just a migraine
I read this
The hormones estrogen (ES-truh-jen) and progesterone (pro-JES-tuh-rohn) — which play key roles in regulating the menstrual cycle and pregnancy — may affect headache-related chemicals in the brain. Steady estrogen levels may improve headaches, while estrogen levels that lower or change can make headaches worse.
